Grimoire, Grimoire Silver and Grimoire Gold are in their own separate quests so you can choose which of the fairies you need. Grimoire Platinum can be obtained in the same quest as the Grimoire Gold, however they drop only by chance depending on the yumekui you encounter. Some of the Grimoire fairies can also be obtained in some free quests.

Event fairies have their own design exclusive to the event (mainly Point Events) they are used for and are required for awakening the event princes. Event fairies are available only during the event so once it's over, they will no longer be obtainable and so you won't be able to awaken your princes.
